In addition to the traditional ways to pay, we encourage our customers to pay their bills online. It's free, easy and secure. However, you can pay your energy statement using any of the following convenient methods:
Those seeking to make payment should choose one of the following options:
- Enroll in automatic payments, or select a one-time payment, at pmlp.com.
- Use the PMLP Android or iPhone mobile app.
- Call us at 978-531-5975 during business hours to pay by credit or debit card.
- Mail your payment along with the payment slip enclosed with your bill.
ONLINE - Desktop/Mobile
New Users
- You’ll need the customer Account Number and Telephone Number associated with your PMLP Account.
- While using a desktop and on the portal Login page, click New User and follow the instructions.
BY MAIL
PMLP accepts check payments by mail. To pay by mail, make your check payable to Peabody Municipal Light Plant and send it, along with your remittance stub, to the following address:
