My Usage History

As part of our Advanced Metering Infrastructure Program , we are providing My Usage History via the Online Payment Portal and PMLP App.
Customers have free 24/7 access to detailed energy information on their electricity use throughout each day, for every day of the year since July 2018. We've launched with over a full year's worth of your data already available!

The browsers supported are listed below:

  • Internet Explorer 10+
  • Chrome 39+
  • Firefox 34+
  • Safari 7+

By default, My Usage History's first graph displays Usages (kWh) as Daily Electricity Usage.

  • Web: Just below Daily Electricity Usage is a second graph 15 Min. Interval Electricity Usage. When you single-click a column from the top graph, the 15 Min. Interval Electricity Usage graph will adjust to show the data from whichever day you clicked.

    15 Min. Interval Electricity Usage is not available while viewing Daily Energy Cost Approx. The default option for the bottom graph is Show Interval but can be adjusted to Compare Daily Usage with.

  • PMLP App: Tapping a column from the Daily Electricity Usage graph will take you to the 15 Min. Interval Electricity Usage for that day.

Any of your Daily and 15 Min. Interval graphs support overlaying weather data.

  • Web: In the toolbar, on the left-hand side of each graph, the Show Weather icon is listed second from the top. Hover your mouse over it and select the options which correspond to the weather data you would like added to the graph. The changes will automatically take effect.

  • PMLP App: Scroll down below the graph and select the checkboxes which correspond to the weather data you would like added to the graph. The changes will automatically take effect.

Any of your Daily, 15 Min. Interval, and Monthly graphs support the ability for you to download the data used to display that graph through the web client.

In the toolbar, on the left-hand side of each graph, the Export icon is listed third from the top. Click that icon, and you will immediately download an electronic Comma Separated Value file (.csv). Microsoft Excel and Notepad are common applications used to read .csv files. Only the data you are currently displaying or overlaying on the graph will be included in the download.

Any of your Daily and 15 Min. Interval graphs support the ability for you to print them through the web client. We recommend the approach written below rather than printing the entire webpage.

In the toolbar, on the left-hand side of each graph, the Print icon is listed fourth from the top. Click that icon, and you will immediately be prompted with a print preview for the corresponding graph. You may need to click the Print icon again in the top left hand corner of the print preview window. Only the data you are currently displaying or overlaying on the graph will be included in the print.
